New service from PayPal!

PayPal company started to offer a new service in Russia called “Free products’ return”. Its goal is to simplify the process of unsuccessful purchases return to online stores if they were paid via PayPal. It also returns the compensation for delivery of the purchases back to the store.

To use this service, you need to activate it at PayPal website. Then you need to coordinate the product’s return with the vendor. For example, you may do it via mail or delivery service. You’ll have 14 days to create an inquiry for compensation of product’s return expenses. The compensation will be sent to the user’s account in 5 days after the inquiry’s approval.

At present a trial version is offered for Russia. The testing will last till the end of 2015. During this time the users get return their purchases only 4 times and the delivery price shouldn’t exceed ₽ 1500.

“Free products’ return” works in France, Spain, Italy, Sweden and in many other countries.
